About Us

Our Story

In the summer of 2022, my wife (Agnes) and I (Seth) bought a condo in Florida which catapulted us into the STR world. Things went so well that in September, we began working with another host as cohosts for his STR units. Through trial and error, we developed systems to streamline communication, maximize revenue through market data, and entice guests with quality listings.

Who We Are

I am an American who grew up moving all over the country as well as living for two years in Japan and Okinawa. My wife, Agnes, is Icelandic but grew up in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. We met in nursing school and got married a few years later after moving to Iceland. In 2022 we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our family (pictured here with her favorite "Api" [monkey in Icelandic]). We travel extensively using Airbnb and draw from our experiences as guests to provide top-notch hospitality as cohosts.

Our Communications Specialist

Having experienced the guest side of Airbnb and VRBO for the past 7 years, Jessica’s knowledge of what sets apart 5-star hosts guides each of her interactions with guests. Jessica’s outgoing and friendly personality sets a positive tone for each guest communication, from booking to check-out. With a background in education and customer service, she loves answering questions and helping others experience ease of travel so their focus can be on memory-making experiences.
